Turn them all on about an hour or so before playing music and always off at night.
One cycle per day max and average about 5 days a week and maybe 6-8 hours on per day at most.
Less in the summer due to heat build up.
1000 to 1500 hours per year?
Really decent tubes will last a few years at that usage I'm guessing.
