Hmmm, so they are either not quite as good as the guy who sold the to you said they were, or perhaps they are not quite as bad as the guy you are trying to sell them to says they are, or perhaps a little of both????Hmmm. Human nature being what it is, guess I am not too surprised by this.
Take them back and have them checked by someone you know and trust with you standing there to confirm the results. Just got to either have a tube tester or have a friend with one. Can't do without it.
