I said that I wouldn't post on this matter again, but I feel that I must correct your mistake, Mr. H (H must be your last name, because of course you wouldn't hide behind your anonymity, right?). Once again, you're posting without the facts. I have left negative feedback for Spafford on Audiogon, and in fact had already done so before my previous posts. Check the date: 3/2/2003. He deserved it. Yet another individual that he screwed posted negative feedback on the same day. His eBay score is a matter of record. We're ALL wrong....yeah, that's likely LOL.You remind me of the sort who can justify almost any action based on your own warped perceptions. Well, Mussolini had his well known redeeming qualities. Even the worst will always have their blind defenders.
How many times will Chris be forgiven for basic, fundamental dishonesty? Does the quality of his posts here and his depth and breadth of knowledge of tubes justify his behavior towards his fellow audiophiles? I think not. In a relative sense, that's saying that we should coddle crack heads who rob the corner liquor store at gunpoint. After all, they're only doing it because they're sick, right?
You may twist my words and words and fabricate whatever lies you like beyond this. You have a real knack for it, by the way. I've had my say.
One last comment: I seem to be one of the very few AA members who actually uses his real name as a screen name. All the rest, by your standards, are hiding behind anonymous pseudonyms. You really are sad. Bye.
