It is after all music. I bugged somebody about 6DJ8's a bit ago, I gave some away and as favor to both the guy I gave them to and the buyer, ofered to connect them. Amperex BB and Orange globe, all pulls from a few scopes( 44 ov them, I checked, they're still available :-) ) and for sure a cheap score. No thanks was the answer, Oh well...matching was the concern again. If I needed 6DJ8's I would not be too worried about sorting a few tubes to get a few good ones, esp at what might be a few dollars each. No pleasing some folks, wish I could remember the name, so I could bug 'im ( nah, no sense ).
I shy away from dealing unless there is a good understanding of what exactly is being sold and what the expectations are. No telling what might jump out of the long grass.
