Hi Stephen,I designed a Hybrid amp that am currently working on making available as a kit in the very near future. The kit will work with both Mosfets and BJT's in Class AB and uses a 6SN7. The 6SN7 does use a plate voltage of 300v though. If your interested email me at mdmsys@yahoo.com.
