I tried the .1 600V 716P (circuit called for 400V). They sound a little harsh, everything seems to improve over the old original caps in the amp but it sound too "hi-fi". Don't know how to describe it exactly - I just get tired listen to it after 30 minutes or so.I also tried it on various projects and the result is the same - they are not for my taste.
