I have a 10B, and I have a "station drift" problem also. However, it's never been enough for me to have to re-tune. I also have to wonder about how the photocell design, (A well-known problem, the photocells become unstable, or outright fail after several years of operation, and cause unstable operation of the mono-stereo circuit, and/or mute circuit), would impact the stability of the tuning circuit. I have virtually new photocells, with perhaps 25 hours on them. Even with the old ones, I have had no appreciable problems. If your talking about the horizontal trace drifting slightly to one side, (Mine does drift slightly to the right), This is I believe, just a warming-up phenomenon, since once my tuner has been operating for about 45 mins, the trace drifts horizonally little or none at all.) I would suggest that if you have a serious enough problem with stability that the 10B needs to re-tuned at all, (Not just the horizontal trace touched up), you test the tubes first, and then perhaps find someone to look at the unit.
