Yes, admittedly a cheap shot at CD. However, I just got done looking up specifics on that amp. Uses 12AT7 and 6SN7 as front end. Notice that the OP made no mention of rolling those. If it was me, I'd be looking at those rather than the outputs. For all he/we know, it could be microphonics in those input tubes manifesting itself. Also, this amp is supposed to be switchable between ultrlinear and triode. OP also, unless I missed it, did not tell us which mode he's using.
