Hi
Thanks for all the replies .
The amp was taken couple of times to local shops and the guys could not find anything wrong with it . They commented thou on how well was build and quality of components used - never heard "cheap" or "poor design " from them . I know that SED EL34 are good tubes - in my system they had a lot of bass - almost too much for some tastes , but midrange and HF had a little brightness . It might be contribution of JM Labs "hot" tweeters not sure thou .
What I was trying to get help with is maybe a recommendation for tubes , that would control bass a little better and give me cleaner and more extended HF - SED being very good as they are didn't work well in my set up.
So far I was thinking about getting set of JJ KT77 . I wish I had the $$ to get few different sets and try them out , but that's not the case lol - maybe that's why I bought Chinese lol - love audio and music , but putting my kids through university is a priority .
Thanks again
Derek
