The Cca is apparently a selected 6922 and has a fantatical following and the prices are often the highest in the 6DJ8 family. I've never heard the Cca, but a D-getter, pinched waist seems to be the most valuable. There are a number of pinched waist tubes and counter-intuitively, these have a reputation for being microphonic- the pinched waist whoch locks the sructure into the glass may be actually increase the transfer of vibration from glass to micas. Of course, the $1,000 price is silly, but when Telefunken ECC803S (12AX7) can cost $600 each- it's of course silly- but possible!

The list are the 6DJ8 family tubes I've bought since 1990. I posted this list of tubes as a warning to be careful in purchasing- the time and costs expended for these 110+ tubes makes $100 tubes from a dealer a very good deal! At today's prices the tubes on this list could cost over $4,000. In my case I think only about 1/4 are usuable, so the price per the 25 usuable ones becomes $160 each. Of course I can resell the rejects, but there's another high expenditure of time that is subtracted from listening.

The 6DJ8 family is the most difficult one I know to get right- so tough I though seriously of selling the SP10.

I meant to mention earlier that a very good primer on the 6DJ8s. If you haven't seen it, Joe Rosens's "Tube Lore" in the FAQ section of this site is terrific. He, of course, likes the most exotic, impossible to find or afford ones, but the way he explains the sonics is a very, very useful shortcut to all the different models.
