I was suprised at how much better 2A3 sounded over EL34, with B+ amd Ip adjusted per tube to suit the 6k(p-p) load. This was PP application, with SE DHT input and driver feeding 0.9:1+1 IT. Try them both so you can appreciate the better tube,
