When I removed the bias tap, the connection to ground was lost. I looked at the schematic and thought it was still there, but I looked again and it isn't.Then I pulled the tube and measured and there is no connection to ground.
This is the problem when you use a module without knowing the inner workings, in this case the Curcio board.
I won't get a chance to fix this until after the weekend, that is if I can still move after turkey.
