Settings for 483 tube on Hickock 533A ?

Greetings- Thanks again to this Asylum, I recently discovered these amazing tubes. Besides changing the filament to 5 volts, is there anything else to tweak in my Yamamoto A-08 to optimize the operating points. Currently using a 1.5K cathode resistor with 56 volts going across it and 296 volts on the plate (352v - 56v= 296 volts. Also are there test settings for a Hickock 533A for the 483 tube? Would testing it as a 45 but with 5 volts on the filament get me close or am I missing something? Thanks very much, wpod
