You just need to calculate Ro differently, for this case.

For the bottom tube cathode bypassed version of the SRPP:

Ro = [rp(rp+Rk)]/[2*rp + (mu+1)Rk]
where Rk is the resistor between top cathode and bottom plate, and the output is taken off the top cathode.

I have no other formula for different versions.
