Hi Thorsten-

A couple of questions re the use of low gm pentode driver valves, and the WE 310A in particular.

For the 310,
What are plate and screen currents at idle? Ia + Ig2 = Ik, no?
What is Vk, the bias voltage?

In general, can you explain further the relationship between transconductance and the determination of the value of the plate load resistor?
