D,I think we are getting into a very deep and muddy bog as to where advertising starts and sharing experiences ends.
I feel with you on having your posts deleted, I do not follow that closely to notice and cannot state if it was justified or not.
I would note that my post was emphatically meant as a sharing of experience and I would think it should be clear from even cursory reading that this is so. If you take exception to that then you should pounce whenever anything is described by any brand name, a supplier name is given and so on.
Therefore instead of saying (for example) Sovtek 300B I should under your approach be constrained to call it a generic filamentary triode valve with low mu and 40W Anode dissipation. Say, are you perchance European Union Commisioner for political correctness?
