Hi,> Your post started out something like, here is a kit that
> I am offering with Brian.YOU WHAT.
Man, what did you have in your coffee?
Brian Cherry, AKA DIY HiFisupply offers a 91 Kit on the Lady Day chassis. I worked in parallel with him, but his kit differs in many significant ways. We did exchange experiences and ideas and some of what I have asked for myself and ideas I came up with for my own use have flowed into Brians Kits.
It's not the first time and it is not only DIY HiFisupply who decided that some of wacky ideas where too much fun not do something with them. I place them in the public domain and if people would like to use them, more power to them. I doubt that any sales of DIY HiFisupply LD+91 Kit's generated by this post (should it generate any, which I doubt) will result in Brian Cherry buying a new S-Class Merc any time soon.
Had I not mentioned this connection between Brian and myself I am sure you (or someone else) would have jumped on me for not having done so and accused me of pushing Brians Kits disguised as a report on an Amp I build.
I offer no Kit for sale. I do not even sell any Amplifiers with a 300B in my commercial line, this was a report about an Amp I build for my own use, at home, as any other DIY'er has. The "M" next to my name is required by AA Policy, note the "M" refer to 3D Sonics products, that is Speakers and Equipment based on re-buiilding Shanling Amplifiers and CD/SACD Players.
I hope that clears up any misunderstandings. If you still take it as an Advertisment then I give up. Moreover, IF my post is an advertisment then ANYONE mentioning ANY kind of SOURCE for ANY part, item or other he used would be advertising thsi source, I guess that makes many of your posts advertisments.
Disgruntedly yours, Thorsten
