Remove the feedback network and drive the amp to 1W output.
Look at the fundamental on ARTA from a 1KHz sine test signal and record the -dB level, that is your reference.
Reconnect the feedback loop and compare the -dB level of the fundamental to the -dB level of the fundamental with zero feedback.
The difference is the amount of feedback applied.
Consider the amount of input signal required from the soundcard for driving the amp to various power levels for ARTA testing or driving your reference speakers for nominal listening levels.
