Douglas, first of all, if you had a specific type of NFB in mind, you should have said so. I'm not a mind reader. Second, I did respond to what you asked. Were you hoping for a 10-page dissertation? There are hundreds or thousands of articles readily available online discussing this topic from various perspectives. What is it that you're trying to accomplish with this thread that wouldn't be covered in one or more of those?
