I have repaired one of these many years ago. I was fortunate to get a transformer from Modjeski. The transformers in all the bev's are not very robust. Age and high voltage has now taken it toll in some instances.
I had to use a substitution in my Model 3 for the voltage multiplier transformer when the windings were beginning to fail. Fortunately, not as complex as sub as you require. In the end I went direct drive and eliminated it regardless.
You've been around this problem for sometime. Can you simply take the transformer from your other speaker install it in the bad amp and satisfy your hypothesis?
There is another winder in the US outside of Heyboer that audio hobbyists use ... I just can't think of the name. If I do, I will post it. You may want to post your requirements on Antique Radio Forum or AudioKarma when you confirm your needs. Those sites will have enthusiasts that may have other options.
Another way to do it is get multiple transformers , put them in a box with an umbilical. Drastic measures perhaps but it will work just fine and probably have better regulation.
Check ebay out as well. I have had semi custom requests from some of the Chinese vendors executed for some tube preamp builds on transformers that worked out very well.
Good luck.
