Nothing but it doesn't have to be limited to one watt.

The way you have designed it makes it that way.

It doesn't have to have a rolled off top end either.

They way you designed it makes it that way.

The first watt can be just as good as you think your first watt is (even better) and there can be a couple of good watts beyond that.

The top end can be as good as you think yours is AND go all the way up to 20Hz. That would be better and there is no reason it should compromise the "sound" of your amplifier. Instead it would enhance it.
