These were carefully hand-drawn on graph paper and discussed with the fabrication shop. Inside, there are acetal sub-chassis (CNCed by a sign shop) aligned with mounting holes in the chassis - no issue with accuracy.Raw from fabrication
After a blast and build - needs a clean! I prefer steel and powdercoat - has worked nicely for me in the past.
