I've heard that too and seen them used in designs published on the Jac Music site (and Jac is very serious about his tubes being used safely).I have thought about using them, but have a mental barrier about introducing high-frequency switching into and amp. Not even sure that is an issue. That is more about me than the devices though. :) Maybe I should give them a shot in my next amp - would help solve some design challenges.
