RE: caps

If you are using a Russian SSG silver Mica capacitor as we discussed earlier, then as far as I am concerned it makes no sense to even think about bypassing the capacitor. First, because the value is so low to begin with, and second because I personally never bypass coupling capacitors.And finally, others may not agree, but in values of 0.1 µF and below I don't know of a better sounding more transparent capacitor than the Russian SSG type.

And I would think putting a silver mica with a pio could only lead to a sonic mess.
