RE: Kelvin Capacitors and Grounding

If I were doing this I would use the kelvin cap in the first position and make the star ground for the circuit at the ground connection of the second cap. Rectifiers can generate switching noise and crap can come in on the AC line. You want to kill that first. The second cap can provide AC grounding of the final B+ and signal return.
