Dennis, there is the LTP. With a very high impedance current source "tail" and a CCS fed active shunt reg. supplying the B+ insuring AC balance all the signal current will flow plate to plate and cathode to cathode. No need for ground reference or trips though there PS. With direct or transformer coupling, no capacitors anywhere in signal path.
