Don't twist all three together. Not sure I am interpreting correctly... Why is one of the orange wires (for 2.5V) wired to the end of a yellow 5V wire? I'd just run it from the transformer secondary, which would allow a better twist.
The point of twisting is to cancel some of the radiated field. Ideally, you want the same length and a tight, consistent twist for: the 2x wires for the 2.5V; the 2x wires for the 5.0V; the 2x wires leading from the switch to the socket (though these are shorter so maybe less of an issue; and the 2x wires leading to the filament transformer.
Depending on layout, it is possible to leave them untwisted and get okay results... still, I like to twist and layout well, but I can also be pedantic.
