I have a couple of builds that provide a brief low hum on startup. I have attributed this to instability on startup. Both builds have OPT feedback through the secondary of the OPT which I have assumed could be related. I'm fairly sure it is not any kind of magnetic coupling. I have a pair of DIY back load horn speakers that did not have a Zobel network. They did not like the feedback at all. I added the network and all is well.
