RE: Cree SiC Diodes - Advice please

Thanks C-B for answering the rest of my questions.

I was hoping to use the SiC for their zero reverse recovery spiking: they should be about as quiet as it gets. The xx4007 looks like a nice option: easier to implement, less costly, while still quite quiet... If I'm not confident/able to prevent SiCs picking up noise, I'll go for the xx4007.
