As drawn, the input stage and output stage grid leak are connected together, but are NOT referenced to ground. The PS is referenced to ground.

Compare the drawing you first posted to the fdrawing you just posted. The first drawing references the input stage to ground and references the 2a3,s grid leak to the output stage ground - all fine. The second drawing, not so fine.
