I could be wrong, but I wouldn't be sure that the output of this device is actually AC. It may very well be DC, and the "> 20kHz" is just the switching frequency. Might just be a plain 'ole switching power supply.

I have used an isolated DC-DC converter on the 813, using a switching frequency of ~100kHz, and a small common mode choke. Works very well.

So, is it true that nobody in here has tried true sine-wave ultrasonic AC? Sounds like a challange... What would be the tube of choice? 300B is easier than 211...
