I have a old power transformer that has TWO, 110-volt primaries (enabling it to be used for 220v) along with TWO, 16-volt secondaries. I just need 16V (for my headphone amp) from my normal US 110V house current.
Do I want to put either set of windings in parallel? Or just use 1 pair of 110V-leads and one pair of 16V-leads?
