4.5V grid bias of ths input tube, 254mA through the 18R resistor, 3.5mA CCS, 3.5mA through the 301-A.

.. any comment on the HF frequency response limitation presented by the input transformer where its secondary is referenced the way that it is?. Assuming 1:1 and not so high impedance so ask to keep winding capacitance down.
