My bad. I've been sick this week. A three day headache and two nights tossing and turning without sleep. You're right. V1a and V2a are CFs direct coupled to V1b and V2b. The 51K load resistor on the CF V1a,V2a is in parallel with the impedance looking into the cathode of V1b,V2b, (ra + RL)/(u+1). RL = ra(V3a) + (u+1)3K, that resistor is bootstrapped. This will certainly be smaller than 51K. Thus increasing the impedance of this resistor by substituting a CCS will have little effect on the load seen by the CF. Sorry
