It's not that easy. You have to determine the bias voltage required for your operating point by plotting it on a set of plate curves. Then you will add the needed bias voltage to the that seen by the grid. This calculated voltage is then the voltage drop you will require across the total load resistance. So you will use Ohm's law to calculate that resistance using the bias current at your chosen OP. The DC resistance of your choke and any needed added resistance should add up the this value. Or you could use a CCS and not mess with any of this.
