If you do, you'll need to allow for the signal voltage swing required and the minimum voltage required by the CCS. e.g. I you need to swing 50V and the CCS needs a minimum of 20V across it, that will require 70V of B+ across the CCS. In other words, the B+ supply needs to be 70V greater than the plate voltage of the tube at its OP. Also, the current sourced by the CCS times the voltage across it will give you the amount of heat in Watts dissipated by the CCS. Size your heat sink appropriately.
