Do you have you access to Morgan Jones 4th ed.? The basic circuit is in there.
I will look to see if I have a hard copy (paper) and take a picture of it. Then I can post it for you. BTW, Kevin Carter made the PC boards for me. Maybe if you ask nicely he will sell you some.
