RE: CCS on 76 Triode

Are you asking about a CCS as a plate load? If so, the gain of a triode stage is:
u[Rl/(Rl+rA)] where Rl=load resistance and rA=plate resistance. As the load impedance tends to infinity (as with a CCS load) the gain will approach the mu of the tube. How much gain you will pick up will depend on the load resistance that is to be replaced by the CCS.
