You might post this design over on the K&K Audio forum. Kevin knows a lot about the Lundahl products that he sells. Also, using an active current source "tail impedance" on the 6BX7 driver stage will in my experience produce cleaner, less distorted "highs". Kevin also sells convenient cascode MOSFET CCS kits.
