The circuit describes a K&K Audio product. I would not feel comfortable posting the schematic online without permission. However here is a description of the circuit in Kevin's own words:
"The first stage is a hybrid cascode stage (MOSFET on bottom and 6922 triode on top), but instead of using a resistor plate load, which then requires that series resistor for the EQ, I use a current source. Since the output impedance of a cascade stage is essentially the impedance value of the plate load, the output impedance is then very, very high making the stage a current amplifier. To convert the current output into a voltage for the next stage I use a resistor from the plate to ground (91Kohms). This resistor is also regarded as the source impedance for the following RIAA components, thus obviating the series resistor."
