RE: GM 70

Please bear in mind that I have only used the GM70 in single-ended mode.

For the copper-plates, I recommend approx 685 vpk @ 105 mA per tube - cathode-bias only...a 14 to 16k plate-to-plate primary Z should give you 26 to 27 Watts.

Push-pull filaments should work fine with AC...I have friends who have used AC with PP GM70s.
