Long term use yes. (Once in blue moon - no)
...Taking steroids or antibiotics can cause Thrush or Candida.
Taking both, dramatically increases said risk.
Steroids will increase glucose levels, typically 1.5x and up. Sometimes up to 4x one's baseline glucose level.
Proper diet can alleviate this.
