changing the primary impedance of OPTs

Cleet:

The primary impedance of an OPT is based upon the R(p) of the output tube and the stepdown ratio of the OPT to the speaker being driven. Additionally, the chosen inductance of the OPT is based upon associated assumptions made by the OPT designer. But, none of this is something a builder can change.

If there are additional secondary tapes, you can use them to change the effective load...and, changing the negative feedback (none is shown in the schematic) will accomplish the same thing.
