Took a look at the schematic...looks curiously similar a cathode follower OP along with similar characteristics like unity gain and low OP impedance.
Yet the plates are loaded.
Are the inductors on the cathodes part of the OPT primary?
Looks like these guys figured out how get best of both worlds..
