Hi there,
When you unwrap the extra teflon film layers from the capacitor, at the point where you access the aluminium foil, do you notice a small piece of metal - approx 5mm x 7mm that is placed between the film and foil?. I've seen this repeatedly on every K72 cap - more than 20pcs K72 in 0.056uF
If so, any idea what the purpose of this small piece of metal might be?.
