As the audio signal frequency varies so does the AC impedance from the filament to signal common through the transformer secondary. Have you found this to problematic with respect to potential bias shift, or is the inductance of the secondary winding considered too small for it to have any meaningful impact?. For example, a 2.5vAC @ 2.5A secondary with CT. Dual 110-120vAC primaries for 110 or 240vAC use.
