Using the LL1660AM/PP Interstage in Amity clones...

I bought them back in 2005 or so. It's hard to sort out how much of a contribution they have to an otherwise fantastic result.. Am using the
Sowter 3575 as an input transformer (mu metal core), LL1660/PP Amorphous, and Magnequest MQ565 Hi Nickle core. For the 6W these amps produce, the bass is particularly tight and very well controlled - this PP amp design does not suffer the muddy bass that many PP amps have.
