RE: Should you mechanically dampen cathode resistors?

Hi Andy,

I'm in the same boat, fil bias 71A with 250mA and 150 bias R = ~11W.

I'm using 4x parallel 12W Mills, and they get hot enough for me to want them above board. I'm looking at paralleled 50W heatsunk units.. dont know how they compare sound wise.. one way to find out.
