I am using 01A > 71A > SE:PP 300B

You might look into an O-netics interstage, I was using LL1660 which according to the data sheet is more inline with the 2kRp plus of the 71A, strange that the Lpri is so short for the recommended drive Z, but the amp was limited to 50Hz up, so no issue in this situation.

Anyway, the O-netics was a huge improvement over the LL, just as the level 1 OPT was over the LL1620, and probably even moreso.
