For whatever it's worth, in the future you may find that the best regulator starts with lots of iron! Over spec' your transformers. If you need 0.33A, use a 2A transformer, or larger.

The guys in the locker room will be impressed, and if you really know how to work it, word will get around among the ladies also. You'll be respected like never before.

Nothing like swinging big iron. Besides it really does sound better.
